Like millions of patients who seek help from their GPs for depression, Emma Ward was repeatedly told she was suffering from ‘an imbalance of chemicals in the brain’.

If Emma wanted to get better, her doctors said the 26-year-old should keep taking the antidepressants she had been prescribed since she was 15 — even though the drugs did not seem to improve her mood, and left her feeling perpetually numb emotionally.

Now, shocking new research published yesterday shows that the theory justifying the millions of prescriptions for antidepressants handed out every month to patients such as Emma, is simply not true.

    FIRST OF ALL A WELL BALANCED DIET, NO HARMFUL INGREDIENTS IN FOOD AND LIQUID, AND MODERATE DOSE OF MARIJUANA WOULD BE BENEFICIAL. NO DO NOT SMOKE MARIJUANA, ALL SMOKE IS HARMFUL, BUT IN OTHER FORMS IT CAN AND DOES BECOME BENEFICIAL, AND ANYTHING INTO EXCESS IS HARMFUL. THEY DO NOT WANT THIS FOR US, BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN WE COULD TAKE CONTROL OF OURSELVES, AND THEY COULD NOT MURDER US IN MASS DROVES.

    1. Yes anything of medicinal value plant wise has been stolen/corrupted for profit. I have read the plant you mention is indeed a sacred plant with amazing properties for health.

  2. I think being in a funk sometimes could just be a natural cycle in a week or a month that passes on its own. They make everything a disease.
    Of course psychotic depression is really bad … but rare too.

  3. Antidepressants most common side effect is – [drumroll] – depression. (I know …)

    Vitamin D deficiency is part of the problem and often [intentionally] neglected by the the health care systems, so … This problem is increased, when politicians and bureaucrats tries to keep us indoors. I suspect most despressed people would have way less than 30 ng/mL of Vitamine D in their blood. How much intake to compensate? Depends on body weight, so there isn’t a straight answer. Calculating tools are available on the Internet. For me at ~100kg it would be 4000 IU (100 μg, 2000% of DRI. All DRI’s are set to [extremly] low levels, only to keep acute deficiency diseases away, but we need more to stay healthy …).

    Circumin via turmeric, mixed with coconut oil or olive oil will help. (50/50, 1+1 tablespoons per day as a start.) Turmeric don’t blend well with water and dry intake is a mess, which includes staining … (also used as colour dye in Asia …) Not the best taste, but worth it to stay healthy.

      1. Forgot to mention … It’s possible to enhance the turmeric using black pepper. An additional bonus is that it ‘hides’ some or all of the turmeric taste, depending on prefered amount.

        1. EVERYONE SHOULD BE CAREFUL IN USING BLACK PEPPER IF THEY HAVE ULCER CONDITIONS OR HAVE HAD ULCER CONDITIONS IN THE PAST. SOME PEOPLE ARE CAPABLE OF EATING A HIGHLY SPICED DIET, WHILE OTHERS ARE NOT. INSTEAD OF ENHANCING A PRODUCT, IT IS BETTER TO MAKE SURE TO TAKE A PRODUCT IN HIGHER DOSES.
