A reader says that residents are being locked up in Connecticut.
Says “the governor is telling everyone to report on their neighbors if there are too many cars and more than ten people.”
“I guess if you have lots of adult kids coming to visit you will have to send them home,” the reader says. “Either that or be fined ten thousand dollars like they are planning to do at restaurants if they don’t follow the rules.”
