Miriam Clements is an International Legal Strategist (University of London Law School) who litigates in NZ courts and specializes in Legal Strategy. She is director of an International Agency with 10 years of work defending the Rainforest, coral reefs and the Arctic and works also against illegal conflicts. She has had seven arguments registered and reviewed by the International Criminal Court against environmental destruction as a crime against humanity.
Hear Miriam speak to the current issue Kiwis are battling – the ongoing increased use of aerial dropped 1080 poison all over our whenua. It is poisoning the waterways, non target animals, & birds … and concerns are mounting for the risk to humans. Those risks have been grossly underplayed and of late, covered up by the powers that be. Please see our 1080 and 1080 resources pages (main menu, top of page). Educate yourself on the independent research that your government is not allowing. The NZ made documentary called ‘Poisoning Paradise’ (by the GrafBoys) has won four international environmental awards, and yet your government will not allow it to be screened here on television.
