EWR comment: Now here’s a magic turnaround I wouldn’t be placing any confidence in. This is Agenda 21 planning signed up to decades ago … no consultation with the public … now materializing as in, more visible to us all. It smacks of diversionary tactics; call off the heat until everybody has gone back to sleep again… the word I’ve heard is, don’t let them on to survey your land; period. (To see if you think they can be trusted, check out our Local Government Watch pages, main menu).
West Coast mayors are calling for a halt to identifying significant natural areas (SNAs) on private land, after suggestions that the process could be paused in the Far North.
An item on TV One news on Friday night cited a leaked e-mail from the office of Te Tai Tokerau MP Kelvin Davis, indicating that councils which had not already mapped SNAs could hold off until the relevant Government policy was finalised later this year.
As recently as May 31, James Shaw’s office told the Greymouth Star in response to a query that there would be no “outs” for councils when it came to identifying SNAs in their districts.
But since then there have been strong protests from Māori landowners in the Far North who had received council letters alerting them to potential SNAs on their land.
The likely need for resource consents to develop land classed as significant enraged many hapu who had protected their land for centuries, and led to plans for a protest hikoi to the council this Friday.
Attempts by the Greymouth Star to contact Environment Minister David Parker and his two associate ministers James Shaw and Phil Twyford for clarification on the leaked e-mail have drawn blanks today.
But Greymouth Mayor Tania Gibson said she had spoken to the Far North Mayor John Carter and was now hopeful that the entire SNA process could be halted.
Repost Update (4 March 23): hopefully folk now realize that the ‘sustainable’ term really doesn’t add up. I noted recently organic oat milk imported all the way from Italy, and many other products like this. So what’s with the ‘carbon footprint’ carry on? This week in good old (not) clean and green EnZed the sold out media is crowing about the protest for immediate action on the climate change fiasco… they totally ignored all protests that encouraged dialogue with the corporationreps in the ivory beehive. If the Davos boys really cared about the environment they would encourage self reliance, growing your own food, use of all the resources within each country for that country. They would enforce taxes on the corporations and insist they clean up after themselves (witness the recent destruction in the Hawke’s Bay, East Coast flooding where slash has taken out bridges. Taxpayers will pay for those repairs, you watch). But no, they want a global village where we own nothing… and they own everything. EWR
SHOW NOTES MP3 AND VIDEO AT: https://www.corbettreport.com/?p=24543 We’ve all heard of “sustainable development,” but what does it actually mean? Is it really about protecting the earth, or is it just another tool for foisting an agenda of carbon eugenics and technocracy? Join us this week on The Corbett Report as we rip off the green mask of the oiligarchs and expose the 2030 Agenda for what it really is.
Rosa Koire offers advice for action to resist the global plan for world government known as Agenda 21 (now 2030). Advice also included in her book Behind the Green Mask. It is not conspiracy folks. Get involved. See our Agenda 21/30 in NZ page. EWR
Those of you who’ve followed this site for more than a year will recall the term of former Horowhenua Mayor Michael Feyen. During his Mayoral term at the Horowhenua District Council he was, in his own words, nothing but stonewalled & neutered. (You can read some of the goings on from that council at the LG Watch pages, Horowhenua. See here also for articles on topic by journalist Veronica Harrod).
Almost a year out from ending that term, recently teaming with the NZPP, and highlighting for the public where he is coming from, he is speaking out in the first video on the state of local governance in NZ within the context of UN Agenda 2030 policies, an issue that the NZPP party is bringing to the forefront of discussion as we move toward election time. Even if you are not interested in the NZPP or any politics, have a listen and hear about how local governance operates since becoming corporatized. Michael also touches on other issues that percolate down from government (consultation, pollution, debt etc) and particularly on the corrupt state of affairs now. In the second video he speaks similarly about the DHBs. He is speaking from the unique view of an insider. Valuable information for moving forward. We are observing in this era, rapid changes and in a direction that most thinking citizens recognize is not right. We are witnessing daily the vanishing of more & more of our freedoms and particularly our democratic right to free speech. Time to turn the tide. EWR
PLEASE NOTE: the video has already been marked by Facebook as being unavailable. I’ve reinstated the link but should you have trouble viewing, try refreshing/reloading your page (this worked for me). Failing that head to this link & watch it there, or go to Billy’s page here (scroll down the page as it is not at the top). Please do let me know if there are still any problems. Billy begins at 1 minute in.
Here is a presentation from New Zealander Billy Te Kahika on NZ’s current situation and the virus. He has served in NZ as a Policeman, a firefighter and a soldier in the NZ Army.. (he further describes his background in the intro). His research & knowledge extend to the topic we’ve covered frequently here, that of the UN’s Agenda 21 now 30. This would be the best presentation on topic from a Kiwi I’ve heard yet. He places today’s happenings with the current virus in the context of Agenda 2030 including the proposed one world government (aka new world order) and all that that entails. Well worth the listen. He is doing a follow up presentation on Sunday so I will post that also on Sunday or Monday. Or if you find him on Facebook I believe his videos are set to public. EWR

Another attack on free speech and democratic debate says Mike Adams, NaturalNews. This is serious folks. We have GE spuds approved here now (the growing of) and how much did we hear about that pre approval? This may not be NZ but be assured the creep is world wide. These folk aim to control the whole food supply & they’re well on target. EnvirowatchRangitikei
(Natural News) Big Ag has found a way to make genetically modified seeds permanent, by quietly writing in “preemptive seed laws” at the state level. In twenty-nine states, men and women at the local level will no longer be able to discuss, debate, or propose laws on the use of genetically modified seeds. The people will not have any voice in their individual cities and municipalities to protect their fields, crops, property, and water from biotech experimentation.
Corporations that genetically modify seeds have infiltrated the state legislatures to further secure their monopoly and prevent scientific scrutiny of their seed experimentation. By passing “seed preemption laws” they can bar public discourse on seed laws at the local level. This is a new attack on free speech and democratic debate. The corporate interests in the agriculture sector want to shut people up who desire natural, unmodified foods. These same corporate interests have been successful in the past with “ag-gag” laws that bar anyone from photographing the abuses of factory farms. Whistleblowers and journalists who tried to document unsanitary and inhuman animal feeding operations have had the law turned against them. In much the same way, these new “seed preemption laws” turn the law against the voices of the common man and woman working locally for change.
Oregon, California, Texas, Montana and Iowa are just a few of the states that have fallen prey to these new laws. These laws are “designed to block counties and cities from adopting their own rules on the use of seeds, including bans on GMOs” In many parts of the country, decisions on seed use are left up to individual counties, cities, and municipalities. Now, Big Ag is finding ways to snuff out the people’s voices in the matter.
So our corporation that parades as a government is handing out election lollipops… predictably, as we steam undeterred towards that ‘choose a different rider for the same (trojan) horse’ time again, and I’ll explain the ‘trojan’ further on in the article. Please excuse my cynicism but it is all just so predictable. As I’ve been going on about for quite some time now, we have 42K homeless. I’m wondering if any of those people will be housed? They pulled all the subsidizing of community housing so the councils would ‘have’ to sell their pensioner housing stock (at fire sale prices see Horowhenua who have all but gifted ours away and to a property developer who started a front company called ‘Compassion Horowhenua’, ‘compassion’, bring on the violins… one week before the sale). Not all that clever really.
The Horowhenua District Council all but gifted their community housing plus land to a property developer (Willis & Bond) with a front company Compassion Horowhenua
In Christchurch they are doing the same, selling to developers with front companies/partnerships. Our Horowhenua Council CE and majority of councillors (who excluded the Mayor from all planning and execution of the deal) have told what looks like porkie after porkie on this – their ‘long term’ agreement with ‘wrap around services’ for the elderly (more violins) is actually only 12 years which should see out the existing pensioners unless they live beyond 90 odd and haven’t been expunged yet by the Liverpool Care Pathway. This is how little they really care about people so don’t fall for the ‘we care about you’ line when just weeks before election time they start bringing out the bribes, having coldly ignored homelessness, child poverty & suicide stats for years now.
Hear former Aussie politician Anne Bressington speak about Agenda 21, the forerunner to Agenda 2030
This is all about Agenda 2030 again (aka Agenda 21). The ‘trojan’ horse I referred to earlier.
The United Nationsaction plan implemented worldwide to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world. (Rosa Koire)
The ‘trojan’ horse of Agenda 2030 has been carefully & quietly working away in our midst in the form of transformed local government with the now well known terminology ‘sustainable development’. They are known also (those committed to the plan) as ICLEI councils (International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives).
ICLEI Councils are part of the Agenda 30’s method of installing their plan planet wide
Now incorporated and listed on Dun & Bradstreet as companies councils are a different animal to what we had previously. (See image below).
Rangitikei District Council listed on Dun & Bradstreet’s company register … search your own DC and find it there also
For starters their CEs (no longer humble Town Clerks) are on top salaries of one quarter of a million and more. The key method of the Agenda in stripping nations of their sovereignty is selling off their assets, done through the public private partnerships we are seeing now.
“We are at present working discreetly, with all our might, to wrest this mysterious force called sovereignty out of the clutches of the local nation states of the world. And all the time we are denying with our lips what we are doing with our hands.” Arnold Toynbee – International Affairs, p.809, November 1931
The partnership for instance between Willis & Bond and the Sisters of Compassion in Horowhenua. An excellent exposé of this is the late Joan Veon’s book, ‘Prince Charles the Sustainable Prince’, you will find that still on Amazon or Abebooks. Veon worked for the UN for many years. Also read Rosa Koire’s‘Behind the Green Mask’, watch her videos on Youtube, plus those of former Aussie politician Anne Bressington on the topic. It is very clandestine because they know you won’t like it. They are quietly and gradually whittling away your freedoms. Willis & Bond who were all but gifted Horowhenua’s community housing recently, and who have built apartments in Auckland and other places, refer to their retaining of car storage under the apartments because ‘they’ (that’s you) are not ready yet to go car less. We’ll be under “24 hour surveillance” says the CEO, for our safety of course. “Not that it isn’t already safe” he adds, in case the safety term puts you off. This is the plan for Agenda 2030. All living in the cities in ‘human settlement zones’ (their words), in high rise apartments, without cars, all riding bicycles, with our up market smart appliances connected to our smart meters, keeping track of everything we do. At this point in time it’s a choice. They don’t intend for it to remain that way however.
The new UN plan (well it’s fairly old actually, it’s just they haven’t fully told us about it yet) is about ‘sustainable development’. But have we seen anything that’s sustainable lately, or ever? The pollution’s getting increasingly worse with only 40% of rivers now swimmable, and while they sell our water offshore for profit (for themselves, & we were told Agenda 21 was about helping the poor) we have to buy it at a much higher price, as much as 500 times more. Then generally we have to filter it because it’s now full of chemicals … added to kill the bacteria from all the pollution.
Horowhenua, leading the way in ‘Sustainable development’
You may like to read the latest anyway on the loans. They are for the cities only pretty much. (Ask yourself, why are they not helping the rural areas?) And being interest free is quite the offer you can’t refuse, if you are fortunate enough to have a job & a reasonable income of course. Other things to watch for with Agenda 2030 are the rates hikes in rural areas (see what Mangawhai has gone through). A small town resident told me recently he pays more in rates in a town of 6K than he did in Christchurch and has less services. (Also read Naomi Jacobs’ ebook on the topic regarding Kaipara rates – she explains Fabian Socialism for you which is the basis of Agenda 2030 and the ‘religion’ if you like of those who are pushing it).
Mangaweka in the central North Island, one of the many small formerly thriving towns that our govt/corporation shut down by the withdrawal of essential facilities
Also watch for the deterioration of the roads. They are finishing off what they began a few decades back when they shut down all the services … health, hospitals, banks, post offices, pharmacies and so on. Due to financial constraints we were told at the time, but really just a matter of priorities and what our esteemed leaders told us we would be getting (or not getting as the case would be) and in keeping with this long term Agenda that’s been in the planning for a couple of hundred years or more. Global governance or the new world order as it’s also known by, and which was first announced publicly by Bush Snr after the Gulf War, is not the benign friendly governance they would have you believe. No wars, all in agreement, a healthy environment. No, it is about world dictatorship by one government that is very fascist. If you don’t believe me on fascist, see what happened in the links below to NZ folk who exposed corruption in recent years. Read all the links above also and you will see. I intend to write more on this disturbing plan for ‘global governance’, especially as it applies to us here in NZ, so watch this space.
More (what I call) dodgy District Council goings on here, and just down the line. To learn what LG’s definition of ‘consultation’ is go to this link: https://issuu.com/contrafed/docs/lg_dec_1612_issuu/24 It differs somewhat from the person on the street’s I’d say.
As was observed in several posts last year, the council’s bureaucratic elite spends huge amounts of Ratepayers’ money on expensive outside consultants, usually Auckland based. Their ideas are then turned into plans and pursued. Period.
There are multiple ‘consultation’ documents on different topics released each year, full of expensively produced fancy graphics, because there is a requirement under the Local Government Act (see this post) that the public are consulted. But it’s apparent that the most that can be expected from this process is minor tweaking. The substance will remain unchanged.
What happens after tens of millions of dollars are squandered on useless projects? No problem, they’ll just tax the Ratepayers even more to repeat that. In the ten years from 2006 to 2016 our own Rates including the water charges went up 61% — general inflation in that same time was 20%. A real increase of 41%.
The New Zealand Government: A United States SEC Registered Corporation
Learn about why a corporation cannot legally govern, the corporatized governments of other countries and an investigation into the Reserve Bank of NZ ‘Corporation’.
Download the pdf file at the link provided at wakeupkiwi and see directions for how you can verify NZ’s listing at the SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) website in Washington DC for yourself. Your country is listed as being owned by Her Majesty the Queen.
You will find also most of our ‘government’ departments listed there as well. For obvious reasons this creates an anomaly regarding democracy when companies & corporations owe their first allegiance to their shareholders, not you the public.
If you visit Dun and Bradstreet’s website you will also find your own local District Councils listed there. They are companies also.

Agenda 21/2030 for the UN plan that connects all of the above dots. Particularly read Naomi Jacobs’ ebook downloadable from the Agenda 21 in NZ pages.
Agenda 21/2030 ... “A growing economy creates the resources necessary for environmental protection, and environmental protection makes growth sustainable over the long term” This is all fine sounding rhetoric from a nation that among other things has spawned genetically modified food and Roundup, the most toxic herbicide on the planet, that refuses to let us choose for ourselves if we want to consume GE food, that dumps its banned toxic chemicals on poor and vulnerable nations and sprays the planet relentlessly with toxic chemicals … I could go on but all of this alone is sufficient cause for me to hear warning bells. This call for environmental protection through economic growth is a farce folks. Check out our Agenda 21/2030 pages, particularly Kiwis, the sub page, Agenda 21/2030 in NZ. This is from the United Nations people. It is not conspiracy theory. It is outworking in our Govt and LGs now. EnvirowatchRangitikei
