Isn’t it wonderful that all that nasty carbon will be sorted simply by preventing us from traveling too far? It’ll feel a bit like the CV lockdowns I expect but remember, it’s for the planet. At least now we’re a bit used to restrictions.
I wonder if Klaus and friends will live in these cities? And how might they get around those trips to Switzerland every year? I expect they will have that sorted by maybe saving up their travel permits? Or get exemptions perhaps?
It is really good to see they are now encouraging healthy eating and exercise too (see the image above). I feel this has been seriously lacking of late.

This latest attack on NZ farmers is all on cue. PM Ardern recently announced she wants to introduce a fart tax on farmers for their methane emissions! It will reduce our carbon footprint she says. Meanwhile these globalists (Ardern included) think nothing of swanning off to their elite annual meetings in Davos in private jets. They are not even smart enough to dupe us with the appearance of a smaller ‘carbon footprint’. And as to the climate ‘expert’ she has Clinton, Rockefeller and WEF links in her (not) impressive resume. You will even see Coca Cola, World Bank and Google in there.
This proposal for a fart tax was put out there a year or two back. It is how globalists typically work. Introduce the idea. Make like it’s dismissed when everybody gets up in arms. Then at a more opportune time, bring in an ‘expert’ like Ms Christenson to float the idea again.
In order to press farmers into their way of thinking ‘the Government needs to wield some heft’ she says.

On 28 May 2021, I gave evidence to the 54th session of the Stiftung Corona Ausschuss, the German-based extraparliamentary inquiry by lawyers into the medical establishment’s and public policymakers’ handling of the Covid crisis internationally.
The theme for the day during the 54th session was “Caught between nudging and side effects”. A transcript of my testimony is below.

Reiner Füllmich: Brian, I apologise for having kept you waiting for twenty minutes or so.
Brian Gerrish: That’s absolutely fine, and I’d just like to say that I don’t speak German but it was fascinating watching you and listening, and it was wonderful to see you start laughing, because you looked very serious in most of the dialogues that I’ve listened to.
There was one word that I picked up that I found very interesting, and that was Wahnsinn, which came up several times, particularly when [persecuted primary school headmistress] Bianca was speaking.
Reiner Füllmich: You know what it means, right?
Brian Gerrish: Yes, “madness”. And I’m going to say to you: it’s not madness. What we are facing is calculated, and it’s a mistake to call it “madness”, because it’s very precise; it’s very calculated. We need to understand that in order to be able to deal with what we’re facing.
Reiner Füllmich: That’s very interesting to hear, because we have come to the conclusion that “the other side”, as we call them, is using two major tools. One is, of course, psychology, psychological operations; and the other, which transports this psychological operation, is the mainstream media.
Can you tell us a little about your background?
Brian Gerrish: Well, my personal background is, professionally, I was military: I was in the Royal Navy for twenty-one years. I then worked in industry, essentially, for a while, but after a few years, I began to understand that things were not good in the UK, and I began to see things and investigate things.
Ultimately, that’s led me, over nearly another twenty years, to team up with a gentleman called Mike Robinson, and for fourteen years now, we’ve been running a media outlet called the UK Column, where I’m delighted to say that we’re expanding, and it’s clear that our viewers and listeners are now not only in the UK; they’re across the world.
Reiner Füllmich: Excellent. And now, of course, you’re busy covering Coronavirus and all the ramifications of what Coronavirus is bringing about.
Brian Gerrish: Well, the key point is that we originally started by looking at some of the issues that you’ve just mentioned. We we were looking at how propaganda had come into the country; we were looking at the use of applied behavioural psychology by the Government; and we were looking at changes which were very serious (or we thought they were very serious) that were particularly affecting the style of democracy, and that were also affecting our constitutional rights.

Al Gore also profited heavily from Obama’s “green energy” scams
Marc Morano from Climate Depot recently had the chance to sit down with Mark Steyn from Fox News to discuss Gore’s financial ties to the fake meat industry. During their conversation, Morano explained that Gore very well could become the world’s “post-meat billionaire,” should these Democrats somehow achieve their goal of forcing the entire world – excluding themselves, of course – to adopt a “plant-based” diet free of meat.
“It’s made up of 22 ingredients including bamboo and potato starch, and now it is the most successful IPO this year,” Morano stated about Beyond Meat. “And at the same time, Gore’s associates are writing reports condemning meat and linking eating it to climate (change). He is essentially lobbying for regulations that will enrich him once again.”
Morano’s “again” comment refers to shenanigans that Gore pulled during the Obama years, when 44 poured billions of taxpayer dollars into “green energy” firms, many of which ended up going kaput before anyone even knew where the money went.
As it turns out, Gore had an affiliation with some 14 different firms that received portions of Obama’s $2.5 billion “green stimulus,” which means Gore was basically handed taxpayer money for absolutely no good reason other than he’s a leftist crook.
“If a Democrat wins the White House, there is going to be a whole fake meat stimulus,” Morano warns, noting that the United Nations is already planning to implement a new climate agreement that will eventually lead to skyrocketing meat prices – meaning a windfall of ill-gotten gain for Gore and his fellow climate liars.

US GOVERNMENT FUNDED STUDY CONFIRMS FLUORIDE REDUCES CHILDRENS’ IQ

Children who experience extreme weather events before they’re born have lower IQs than those that don’t, a new report suggests.
The report from Global Health Alliance Australia laid bare the impacts climate change is having on health, AAP reports.
It looked at more than 100 pieces of research and policy analysis to work out how environmental conditions are affecting people’s health.
Global Health Alliance Australia executive director Misha Coleman was shocked by fact the research suggested an effect on children’s IQ.
Studies on the subject found evidence the change is due to stress hormones from the mother crossing into the placenta.
One study found specific effects in children that went through the 2011 Brisbane floods, which was part of a cluster of floods in Queensland from 2010 to 2011.
“It’s been estimated that those kids lost about 14 IQ points because of the stress their mothers went through,” Coleman told AAP.
The study also revealed higher temperatures and greenhouse gasses are leading to increased asthma attacks and allergies.
Coleman said sometimes it could be hard for people to understand the broader implications of climate change on health.
“During the Black Saturday fires for example, people know about how many people died in the fires,” she told AAP.
“The NZ Government does not allow aerosol geoengineering” – (said the Minister for the Environment in 2014)
So… geoengineering is not conspiracy like Nick Smith said at one stage in Parliament ridiculing us all as conspiracy theorists (you can see him laughing in this video below … go to 4:49 mins). Then we have Amy-Adams outright admitting that geoengineering is in fact a scientific practice but ‘the NZ Government is not doing it’.
So which one is it then?
They can’t have it both ways.
The public need to wake up to the lies we are spun constantly. Now we in fact have the authorities telling us that they are considering employing geoengineering (as Amy-Adams alludes to) to combat climate change which we all now know is a big fat ruse anyway. And then, as those of us with our eyes wide open know, they’ve already been doing this for a very long time as this well documented time line will show you…. whilst calling us, yes, conspiracy theorists.

31,487 American scientists, 9,029 with PhDs, have signed a petition calling for US Govt to reject the global warming agreement
The purpose of the Petition Project is to demonstrate that the claim of “settled science” and an overwhelming “consensus” in favor of the hypothesis of human-caused global warming and consequent climatological damage is wrong. No such consensus or settled science exists. As indicated by the petition text and signatory list, a very large number of American scientists reject this hypothesis.
Publicists at the United Nations, Mr. Al Gore, and their supporters frequently claim that only a few “skeptics” remain – skeptics who are still unconvinced about the existence of a catastrophic human-caused global warming emergency.
It is evident that 31,487 Americans with university degrees in science – including 9,029 PhDs, are not “a few.” Moreover, from the clear and strong petition statement that they have signed, it is evident that these 31,487 American scientists are not “skeptics.”
These scientists are instead convinced that the human-caused global warming hypothesis is without scientific validity and that government action on the basis of this hypothesis would unnecessarily and counter productively damage both human prosperity and the natural environment of the Earth.

Australian researchers reveal sea level data ALTERED by scientists to create false impression of rising oceans

A scientific paper published by a team of Australian researchers has revealed a startling find: Scientists at the Permanent Service for Mean Sea Level (PSMSL) have been “adjusting” historical data regarding tide levels in the Indian Ocean. Their “highly questionable” activities have depicted rapidly rising seas — but the truth is that there is no reason to be alarmed at all. Scientists have found that sea levels are stable — and have been for the entirety of the 20th century.
To put it simply, these PSMSL “scientists” have been arbitrarily changing their data in order to create the illusion of a problem that doesn’t actually exist.
According to the Australian research team, sea levels in the Indian ocean have remained stable for decades. Dr. Albert Parker and Dr. Clifford Ollier recently published their astounding research in the journal Earth Systems and Environment; their extensive research gives an in-depth look at how this massive deception was undertaken.
PSMSL “realigned” stable sea level trends
As the researchers report, there are multiple lines of evidence that show sea levels in the Indian Ocean are completely stable. Further, the scientific duo explains that the data-adjusters at PSMSL were taking “misaligned or incomplete” sea level data (which showed no rise in sea levels, or even decreasing sea levels) and “realigning” them.
As Parker and Ollier contend, “It is always highly questionable to shift data collected in the far past without any proven new supporting material.” But what makes the PSMSL’s data shifts even more questionable is the fact that older datasets were adjusted to look lower while all newer sets of sea level data were re-configured to appear higher. When these arbitrary adjustments are taken together, it creates the appearance of a significant and concerning rise in sea levels — one that is entirely artificial.

The sea levels in India, including Mumbai, and in Karachi, Pakistan, have been recently analysed and discussed in Parker and Ollier (2015) and in Parker (2016). In both cases, it was shown that the latest positive trends in the PSMSL RLR [revised local reference, adjusted] data are only the result of arbitrary alignments, and alternative and more legitimate alignments reveal very stable sea-level conditions.
Further, the researchers state that there are even greater concerns regarding the PSMSL’s so-called findings. They wrote:
What are more dangerous are the corrections recently introduced to the past to magnify the sea-level trend or the acceleration. As shown in the prior section, the adjustments introduced by PSMSL to make the RLR [revised local reference, or adjusted data] are arbitrary in Aden, Karachi, and Mumbai.
In one instance, Parker and Ollier referenced a 1991 study which showed that sea levels in Mumbai were falling by an average of 0.3 millimeters per year between the years of 1930 and 1980. The duo states that in PSMSL’s latest report, they declare that sea levels in Mumbai were rising by 0.52 millimeters per year during the same time period.
In other words, PSMSL completely changed data collected decades ago to show an increase in sea levels, rather than the decrease that was actually reported at the time.
To sum it up, Ollier and Parker have found there is no reason to believe that sea levels are rising — and that PSMSL has been wantonly adjusting sea level data to create the appearance of a problem that doesn’t actually exist.
Scientists use real data to show sea levels are stable
The Australian researchers declared in their paper, “Contrary to the adjusted data from tide gauges and the unreliable satellite altimeter data, properly examined data from tide gauges and other sources such as coastal morphology, stratigraphy, radiocarbon dating, archaeological remains, and historical documentation indicate a lack of any alarming sea-level rise in recent decades for all the Indian Ocean.”
In other words, a non-biased look at the original data from the tide gauges indicates that there is nothing to be worried about; current sea levels are well within “normal” ranges. In fact, the pair states in the conclusion that sea levels across multiple sites of the Indian Ocean have been stable for “all of the 20th century.”
The pair of scientists also state in their paper that all key data collection points have shown a sea level rise of 0.0 millimeters for at least the last 50 years — which is an indicator of stability in ocean levels.
A recent report by NASA even showed that sea levels are actually taking a downward turn for the last few years — findings that lie in stark contrast to PSMSL’s alarmist report on sea level data.
There has been much controversy and fanfare over the alleged threat of rising sea levels, but it seems that much of this excitement is based on fiction rather than reality.
Ultimately, Parker and Ollier concluded that sea levels are, and have been, quite stable during the past century.

He was appointed chairman of the government’s business advisory council by Mr Abbott, who himself is something of a climate change sceptic and once famously described climate change as “absolute cr**” – a comment he later recanted.
In his comment piece – described by critics as “whacko” – Mr Newman said the world has been “subjected to extravagance from climate catastrophists for close to 50 years”.
“It’s a well-kept secret, but 95 per cent of the climate models we are told prove the link between human CO2 emissions and catastrophic global warming have been found, after nearly two decades of temperature stasis, to be in error,” he wrote.
“The real agenda is concentrated political authority. Global warming is the hook. Eco-catastrophists [ …] have captured the UN and are extremely well funded. They have a hugely powerful ally in the White House.”
Environmental groups and scientists described Mr Newman as a ‘crazed’ conspiracy theorist and some called on him to resign.
“His anti-science, fringe views are indistinguishable from those made by angry trolls on conspiracy theory forums,” said the Climate Change Council.
Professor Will Steffen, a climate change scientist, told The Australian Financial Review: “These are bizarre comments that would be funny if they did not come from [Mr Abbott’s] chief business adviser.” Mr Abbott’s office did not respond but his environment minister said he did not agree with Mr Newman’s comments.
The article was written by Mr Newman to coincide with a visit by Christiana Figueres, the UN climate change negotiation, who has urged Australia to reduce its reliance on coal. Australia is one of the world’s biggest emitters of carbon emissions per capita.
Since his election in 2013, Mr Abbott has abolished Labor’s carbon tax, scaled back renewable energy targets and appointed sceptics to several significant government positions.

Uh oh, top NASA scientist claimed in 2008 that all ice would vanish from the Arctic by summer 2018 – how could the godfather of ‘global warming’ get it so wrong?

(Natural News) Climate alarmists are everywhere — but real science continues to show that these scaremongers are the ones full of hot air. Back in 2008, a top “climate prophet” from NASA predicted that the Arctic would be free of sea ice by summer 2018. But data from 2017 has shown quite the opposite: Ice mass in the Arctic has been growing — not disappearing, much to the chagrin of climate change propagandists everywhere, no doubt.
In June 2008, James Hansen — then-director of the Goddard Institute of Space Sciences— reportedly told the Associated Press, “This is our last chance.”
Hansen is also known as the “godfather of global warming science” (but perhaps global warming mythology would be more fitting). Before Congress, Hansen further declared that we had long passed the “dangerous level” of greenhouse gasses. Ultimately, the NASA expert concluded that within 5 to 10 years, the Arctic would be “free of sea ice in the summer.”
Despite the fears of major ice melts being propagated by Hansen and other proponents of climate change propaganda, the truth is that sea ice mass in the great north has been increasing. How is it that Hansen, the “godfather” of global warming could have gotten it so wrong?
Whatever the reason, over the last decade reports have continuously shown that sea ice mass is not under siege — though that is what the alarmists want you to believe. In September 2017, shocking data from Greenland showed that sea ice mass had increased by a staggering 40 percent since 2012.
But that’s not all: As Natural News writer Tracey Watson revealed, sea ice mass has been trending upwards for years. Reports from different agencies in 2015, 2014 and 2013 all showed similar trends: Arctic ice mass was increasing by leaps and bounds — not melting away into nothing as the propagandists promised.

Geoengineering the Rangitikei … no it isn’t conspiracy … ask former Min for Environment Amy Adams
Here is a record of geoengineering activity over Marton in the Rangitikei region, New Zealand for January 2015. These trails have been visible most days in their various manifestations until more recently … there is now a more subtle method of delivery called chem bombs, documented on YT by mauiskywatch. More on that in a later post, however suffice to say we have much historical documentation of the trails from one end of NZ to the other. We also have documentation from right around our planet. They are everywhere.
Geoengineering is the practice of modifying our weather. The slang term often used for these trails left by the aircraft is ‘chemtrails’ however, bear in mind this is the term used in the US Space Preservation Act 2001, HR2977, Sec 7, (2) (B) (ii), defining them as an ‘exotic weapons system’.
NZ’s former Minister for the Environment, Hon Amy Adams said this about geoengineering (in replying to my query):
Thank you for your email of 21 March 2014 to Hon Dr Jonathan Coleman regarding aircraft emissions. I am replying on his behalf to the second part of your email as the issue you raise falls within my portfolio as Minister for the Environment.
Geoengineering is a theoretical concept that would involve the manipulation of the earth’s environment to make the effect of climate change less severe. Aerosol engineering, the spraying of aerosol particles into the upper atmosphere to cool the earth, is a proposed geoengineering method.
The Government does not allow aerosol geoengineering and although it is the subject of some discussion in the scientific community, it is not an accepted method to address climate change. The best option is climate change mitigation – reducing our emissions of greenhouse gases – and the Government is working with other countries to develop an international agreement to achieve this.
I would like to assure you that there is no deliberate spraying of the nature you suggest and that the health and well-being of New Zealand citizens and our environment are a high priority for this Government.
Hon Nick Smith, current Min for the Environment, and also Amy-Adams’ predecessor, said in Parliament (amidst gales of laughter) that geoengineering was a hoax.

Interview & article on rising sea levels, ‘the greatest lie ever told’ … Dr Mörner
On first consideration, to those who are convinced by the IPCC science, this comes as blasphemy almost. However, consider the evidence … as I did. As many others have.
You may be surprized to learn that a total of 9,000 PhDs have signed a petition denying that CO2 is causing global warming. There are 31,000 scientists in total who have signed that petition. In addition, 49 former NASA scientists have written to NASA endorsing the same … (read their full letter at the source)
Add to all of this (plus much more evidence from professionals found at this link) …. the findings of Dr Nils-Axel Mörner who has measured sea levels in person, rather than using computer models … and you may be convinced to read more.

Climate Change HOAX exposed by Geologist straight to the UK Govt

Geologist & author of ‘Heaven & Earth, Global Warming: The Missing Science’
Professor Plimer, thank you for coming.
I’m a Geologist, and the one thing that we miss out on in looking at climate change is the past. Climates have always changed. Climate changes in the past have been greater and faster than anything we experience in our lifetimes. And sea levels have always changed. Not by the modest couple of millimeters that people are having connections about, but we’ve had in the past sea level changes of only 1500 meters. That’s a sea level change. And if we look back in the history of time, the atmosphere once had a very large amount of carbon dioxide in it. It’s now got less than .04%. Where did that carbon dioxide go to? It went into chalk, limestone, gels and life, and we’ve been sequestering carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere for only 10,500 million years. This planet has been de-gassing carbon dioxide since it first formed on that first Thursday 4,567 thousand million years ago. Carbon dioxide is a natural gas. It has dominated the atmosphere for an extraordinarily long period of time. And we now are at a dangerously low level. If we halved the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere we would have no terrestrial plants. Carbon dioxide is plant food. It is not a pollutant. To use words like pollution with carbon dioxide is misleading and deceptive. But the past gives us a wonderful story. In the past we’ve had six major ice ages. We are currently in an ice age. It started 34 million years ago when Sth America had the good sense to pull away from Antarctica and there was a circum polar current set up which isolated Antarctica and we started to get the Antartic ice sheet. We’ve had periods of glaciation & interglacials. We are currently in interglacial. And during that 34 million years we have refrigerated the earth. But for less than 20% of time we have had ice on planet earth. The rest of the time it’s been warmer and wetter, and there’s been more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. And what did life do? It thrived. Six of the six great ice ages were initiated when the carbon dioxide content of the atmosphere was higher than now, in fact up to a thousand times higher. So we have from the geological evidence absolutely no evidence that carbon dioxide has driven climate. For some odd reason the major driver of climate is that great ball of heat in the sky which we call the sun. That’s … you heard of heat first, that’s really quite unusual, and we change our distance from the sun. Every hundred thousand years our orbit changes from elliptical to circular. And we have a cycle of 90,000 years of cold & 10,000 years of warm. We’re in one of those warm cycles now. And every 43,000 years the axis of the earth changes a little bit, and every 21,000 years we get a little bit of a wobble. Each of those orbital events puts us further from the sun. Every now and then we get bombarded by cosmic rays, coming from the super nova eruptions somewhere out there, and if the sun’s magnetic field cannot drive these away, we start to form low level clouds. We’ve got extremely good evidence that this process has been going on for a very long period of time. Every now and then continents start to move, and they move at very rapid rates. They move about (holds hands up to measure) 8 inches every year. And at one time a continent can be over a pole and at another time it can be at the equator. Those moving continents change the major heat balance on the earth. And that’s the ocean currents, the oceans carry far more heat than the atmosphere. Every now and then because of major geological processes we get a great bulge on the ocean floor of new volcanic rock. That changes ocean currents. Every year we have 10,000 cubic kilometers of sea water that goes through new volcanic rocks in the ocean floor. That exchanges heat. The reaction between sea water and the rocks stops the oceans becoming acid. When we run out of rocks the oceans will become acid, but don’t wait up, it will be a long time. We see 1500 terrestrial volcanoes on planet earth. We only measure 20 of them. And very few of those measurements are really accurate, but they tell us that a little bit of carbon dioxide leaks out of those volcanoes. But what we don’t hear is that there are at least 3.74 million volcanoes on the sea floor which leak out huge amounts of carbon dioxide. We have got pools of liquid carbon dioxide on the sea floor. So early earth’s carbon dioxide, where did it go? It went into rocks. Where did it come from? It came from rocks. What did it do to the planet? We did not fry and die, we didn’t have runaway greenhouse. Well that’s just geology. That’s not important so let’s look at more modern times we’ve had drill cores that have gone through the ice sheets. Snow when it falls captures some air. That air is then trapped in the ice and we can later extract it from drill core and measure the amount of carbon dioxide in the air. And we can see with our cycles of glaciation and interglacials that when we finish an interglacial event, then we release carbon dioxide some 800 years later. So, what’s that telling us? It’s telling us that temperature’s driving carbon dioxide, not that carbon dioxide is driving temperature. Oh yes but that’s only hundreds of thousands of years ago. Forget that. Well let’s go to more modern times. We’ve been measuring temperatures accurately since 1850 and the accuracy’s plus or minus one degree Celsius as ancient measurements. We have been told that this point seven degrees Celsius rise is going to create a disaster. I’ve only got to move over to here (steps one step right) and I’ve had a point 7 degrees temperature rise. Where do you people go for your summer holidays? You go to a warmer climate. We like warm climate. If someone from Helsinki moves to Singapore there’s an average temperature rise of 22 degrees Celsius. Singaporians don’t drop dead in the streets from the temperature. So we are creatures of warm climate, and we have been measuring temperature and we have seen a slight warming from 1860 to 1890, then a slight cooling til 1910 then a warming until 1940 so much so that the North West Passage was open. Then a cooling until 1977, and then a warming until the end of the century and now we’re in a period of cooler. So we’ve had these cycles of warming and cooling. Strange that these cycles are actually related to changes in the heat balance in the oceans. So we have these 60 year cycles over a long warming event. We are in a period of global warming. It has been warming since the minimum 330 years ago. These are the times when you had the ice fairs on the Thames. These are the times when the Dutch Masters painted hoar frosts and bitterly cold conditions. That was the time when the sun was a bit inactive & we had no sun spot activity. So we’re in a long period of warming and one of the questions that I ask in this book, which part of the last 330 years of warming is due to human activity? And which part is natural? This is the question that kids should ask their school teachers and they’re deliberately unanswerable questions. Because I am of the view that many children are getting fed environmental propaganda in the schools and are not being given the critical and analytical facilities to be able to dissect the argument. So we’re in a period of warming. What’s the worry? It’s quite normal. And let’s just look at history. The one thing that the climate industry, which it is, ignores, is history. In Roman times, it was warm, it was considerably warmer than now. We know that. They kept good records. They grew olives up the Rhine river as far as Bonne. They had wine grapes in Yorkshire. We know from their clothing that it was warm. Possibly they were going to an orgy but I think it more likely it was warm. And that warming suddenly stopped in 535 AD. And we entered the Dark Ages. And in 535 AD we had Krakatoa filling the atmosphere with aerosols. And it wasn’t a big volcanoe. Only 30 cubic kilometers of aerosols going into the atmosphere. We’ve had bigger ones. Yellowstone. We’ve had even bigger ones in NZ where 10,000 cubic kilometers of aerosols have gone into the atmosphere, and we pray for another one because that’s the only way we’ll ever beat them at Rugby. Wipe them out! We had two volcanoes, one in Rubal and one in Krakatoa in Indonesia in 535, 536. We went into the Dark Ages. It was cool. What happened? Crops failed. We starved. We had civil unrest. We had cannibalism. We broke out of that, into the medieval warming. First afield it was the Vikings. The sea became calmer. They could go further fishing. They actually went to New Finland which they called Vinland. In Greenland, grapes and barley were growing. In Greenland the graves were deep because there was no permafrost. It was a wonderful benign climate. Five degrees warmer than now. Eric the Red was saying ‘come to Greenland, it’s a wonderful climate’ and it was. And then we went through a period of silent inactivity and in 23 years we went from the medieval warming into the little ice age. And that little ice age ended 330 years ago. So what do you think would happen after a little ice age? Would it get colder or do you think it would get warmer? The only reason that the arguments of science have got any traction in society is that they have been related to the last 30 years or 40 years of temperature measurements. I see with great interest the Met office is telling us that this is the hottest year on record, but you might be on a different calendar to me but I don’t think this year’s finished yet and this time last year I was in London as I was the time before the year before and it was miserable, it was cold, it was very cold. So those sort of predictions made just before a climate conference, one has to be very skeptical of. So in science skepticism is not a pejorative word, there is no concensus. In science there are constant battles. A good example, we all knew that we got ulcers from an acid stomach and from stress & we took pills and rubbed our bellies & hoped the ulcers would go away until two scientists who were not following the mainstream, were not following the consensus were arguing that this was due to a bacteria, and no one listened. Ultimately one of them took the bacterium, developed ulcers, took the antidote, and for that they get a Nobel Prize. You do not get a Nobel Prize for following the consensus or saying the science is settled. I believe we’ve had enormous corruption of science and the scientific method. I believe that the monies that are floating around for climate research, which is a current fad and fashion are quite perverse. I believe we’re putting science backwards. And come the next inevitable pandemic we may not have the weapons to handle it. We might go waving herbs and chanting rather than creating an antidote. So this for me, this climate industry has been a huge attack on the scientific method. It has been an attack on my science, and history and things fortunately are changing. I’ll finish with one last point. You’ve got your climate change Act, we’ve just had a carbon tax in Australia. Nineteen bills went through parliament, and our carbon tax is to lower the emissions of carbon dioxide from our employment generated industries in Australia. And it’s wonderful. We’ve led the world in suicide, and our carbon tax is to knock down our emissions by 5%. Now you can do the sums, and the sums are very simple. The IPCC says that 3% of annual emissions are from humans. Why is it that 3% drives climate change and not the other 97 is beyond me but that’s another matter. Australia puts out 1.5% of the world’s CO2 emissions. You can do the calculations, and by Australia knocking back their emissions by 5% we will by the year 2050 have lowered global temperatures by 0.00007 degrees Celsius. So I do hope you enjoy our sacrifice in giving you a warmer climate here in England. Thank you.
