Value of house sell-offs:$30 Million.
Cost of purchasing Ihumatao: $30 million.
Translation: The government picked up Ihumatao for free (and will probably put houses on it, because we need more houses…).

That I don’t know Brian.. I somehow figure not as I’m not sure they do that any more. They used to. Both govts.
