Police Now Have A New Tool To Control Crowds — The Heat Ray

Reality Decoded

The Active Denial System (ADS) is a non-lethal, directed-energy weapon developed by the U.S. military, designed for area denial, perimeter security and crowd control. AKA “The Heat Ray”

It works by heating the the skin of targeted human subjects. It fires a high-powered beam of 95 GHz waves at a target. It works on a similar principle as a microwave oven, exciting the water and fat molecules in the skin, and instantly heating them up. Radiation burns caused are similar to microwave burns, but only on the surface of the skin. So far no human test subject has lasted longer than 5 seconds before having to stop the experimental exposure to the heat ray.

You are now safe from people protesting.
