Woman beats Stage 4 terminal lung cancer – see how she did it

By Anna Li from thebigriddle.com:

Here is an amazing story about how a woman beats terminal lung cancer using cannabis oil mixed with coconut oil. Whilst such a cure is currently illegal in NZ, there are places on the planet where it is not. Read this woman’s inspiring story and/or watch the video.

“A lady was diagnosed with advanced terminal lung cancer and even though doctors said it is incurable, her daughter took efforts to obtain cannabis oil for healing after her mother received the oncologist’s death coconut-648105_1280sentence of six months left to live with her cancer. She preserved with amazing results and after curing her stage 4 lung cancer within 3 months she courageously posted an upbeat, outspoken YouTube testimonial.

She is from Australia and her family appears to be very comfortably middle class. However, cannabis is illegal there. It happened at the beginning of 2014 when she was diagnosed with a small cell of lung carcinoma after couple of attempts to get a biopsy done to determine the extent of masses discovered by scans earlier. Her oncologist did not approve radiation stating … “

Per capita, the second richest country on earth – wages war on its own indigenous people – the way of corporate greed

As always, corporations wage war on pesky indigenous people who require land to live on … land under which valuable resources sit ready for the taking. And as always the profits from those resources never return to the people. That is the way of corporations. And the corrupt governments that are in bed with them lie to fool the people as to their real motives. Australia has an appalling human rights record which is swept right under the rug. Australian born journalist John Pilger however frequently supplies us with an insight into what is really going on there and the latest rounds are nothing to do with the government’s inability to sustain the ‘lifestyle choices’ (choices?!) of Aboriginal people. It has everything to do with mining by corporations. These people are our cousins and they are just across the ditch. Their life expectancy is one of the lowest on earth!

Read the article by Pilger:

“Australia has again declared war on its Indigenous people, reminiscent of the brutality that brought universal condemnation on apartheid South Africa. Aboriginal people are to be driven from homelands where their communities have lived for thousands of years. In Western Australia, where mining companies make billion dollar profits exploiting Aboriginal land, the state government says it can no longer afford to “support” the homelands.

Vulnerable populations, already denied the basic services most Australians take for granted, are on notice of dispossession without consultation, and eviction at gunpoint. Yet again, Aboriginal leaders have warned of “a new generation of displaced people” and “cultural genocide”.

“This release supports the massive grassroots movement led by SOS Blak Australia, an organization dedicated to supporting Aboriginal communities in remote Western Australia currently under threat of closure.

Earlier this year SOS Blak Australia issued a worldwide call to action to stop these closures occurring. In response to this, Emma and all the artists involved have come together to declare that they stand with the Indigenous people of Australia in support of their right to self-determination on their traditional lands. All involved have donated their time free of charge and all proceeds from the record go to SOS Blak Australia…”

Essential oils that stop cancer in its tracks

Excellent information here on essential oils:

“Terminal liver cancer
A woman in Long Beach, said her husband was told to put his affairs in order. His liver cancer had progressed so much so that the tumors were far too large for surgical removal. He was given six months to live. She was introduced to the power of 100% pure frankincense oil shortly following the diagnosis. He applied it topically over his liver and under his tongue daily. On their next visit with his physician, they discovered his tumors were miraculously shrinking…”

By Joe Battaglia from sott.net

“Even scientists now recognize the power agents that exist within some essential oils which stops cancer spreading, and which induces cancerous cells to close themselves down. Their disease-preventing ability is no longer doubted, especially for cancer. A healthy body, from head to foot, typically has a frequency ranging from 62 to 78 MHz, while disease begins at 58Hz. During some testing with frequency and the frequency of essential oils it was measured that: Holding a cup of coffee dropped one man’s frequency from 66 Hz to 58 MHz in just 3 seconds. It took three days for his frequency to return to normal.

Other studies show that: Negative thoughts lower our frequency on average 12 MHz. Positive thoughts raises our frequency on average 10 MHz.

Studying some of the most popular essential oils in current use, such as mint, ginger, lemon, grapefruit, jasmine, lavender, chamomile, thyme, rose, and cinnamon, researchers sought out to discover how these oils may combat cancer. They did so by testing antibacterial potency as well as in vitro toxicology against human cancer cell lines.”

“This documentary will bring you to the backdoor of your favorite brand names – those that make some of us shopaholics.

Nation-State is just an illusion. We don’t belong to a race. We are all subservient to Corporations. If the slave yesterday was housed and fed, a more complex arrangement is implemented today wherein the slave can house and fed himself creating a perception of independence. Yet the control mechanism is still there by the amount of take-home pay he is receiving which is barely enough to stay alive to work for another day. He can’t afford to set long term goals…”

Beware – “Very High Levels of Arsenic” in Top-Selling Wines

By Dr. Mercola

“If you drink alcoholic beverages on occasion, wine could arguably be described as one of the “healthier” options. Red wine, in particular, is rich in antioxidants called polyphenols, including resveratrol.

wine-bottle-852426_1280Unfortunately, researchers have uncovered a problem in wine that has recently plagued other foods like apple juice and rice – high, potentially dangerous, levels of arsenic.

Concerning Levels of Arsenic Detected in Popular Wines

A class-action lawsuit filed in California states that wine drinkers have become “unwitting ‘guinea pigs’ of arsenic exposure,”2 after tests showed levels up to four and five times the maximum amount the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) allows for drinking water.3

Stockmarket reaction vindicates blockade of weapons conference

Profiteering from death …“The fact that the shares of major weapons manufacturers soared following the deadly attacks in Paris shows how much these companies profit from death and destruction.”

Wellington anti-war activists say that their blockade of the Defence Industry Association´s (DIA) annual conference was more than justified in light of the rise in 3.5% of Lockheed Martin´s share price on Monday.

“The fact that the shares of major weapons manufacturers soared following the deadly attacks in Paris shows how much these companies profit from death and destruction. This is why a hundred and fifty people disrupted the weapons conference in Wellington on Tuesday,” said Peace Action Wellington member Valerie Morse.

Defence Minister Gerry Brownlee had stated on Tuesday that delegates were not discussing the business of war. He also said none of the companies at the conference supplied weapons or arms to the defence force.

Lockheed Martin, the world´s largest weapons manufacturer, was the principal sponsor of the conference and holds a NZ$400m contract to refurbish NZ´s…

Your essential food: are you checking what’s in it and where it came from?

gardens

Food was something up until the 1940s folk just grew out in the back yard … supermarkets were a new invention. Still, many gardeners kept going well into the 1970s, and growing your own food is currently making a huge come back. I recall as a child, unlike in today’s supermarkets, the shop owners went out back and got all the items on your list and put them in a brown cardboard box or paper bags. We also collected raw milk in a billy from the local Dairy and drank it, and believe it or not one of us died from doing that. Neither did I ever hear one report of food poisoning from raw milk. Today our milk is so heated and treated and added to, much of the nutrients have disappeared, and sadly, some countries have banned raw altogether. Check out the health benefits of raw milk:                                                                                                   http://www.raw-milk-facts.com/raw_milk_health_benefits.html  http://www.drdeborahmd.com/health-benefits-raw-milk

I recall as a child, every morning around 5 am awakening to the sound of my father chipping away the weeds in his vegetable garden just outside my window, before breakfast and the working day. He grew everything we ate. And he didn’t spray our vegetables with anything either. He also saved the seed from one plant that he left for that purpose and of course there was an abundance for next season and the neighbours. Nature supplies abundantly although Monsanto would have us believe that GE crops can do better.

Cauli, straight from the garden

(They recently tried suing the Guatemalan people for saving their seed, something they’ve done for hundreds of years). Corporations back in the day had not gotten blatantly greedy enough yet to patent seeds. They have now of course and are busy gobbling up all the companies to tighten their hold on humanity. Then there’s the Food Bill that aims to stop all this sharing and caring by passing our veg over the back fence. What a blasphemy to humanity this is. (A note on the Guatemalan fiasco, this is due to a trade agreement a … think TPPA … the signs are on the wall).

It’s Our Future: TPPA News Bulletin

It’s Our Future: TPPA News Bulletin #79
16 November 2015

In this Bulletin: Updates on Nationwide marches; Aotearoa NZ Peoples’ Demands; Media Coverage; Take Action Now; Key Issues from the text; Legal Action; and a Message from our friends at Real Choice.

Thanks to all for amazing rallies, marches, picnics and other events across the country last weekend. This was a crucial step in countering the media spin that the TPPA isn’t so bad and to suggesting that it’s too late. We got our message out there instead: It ain’t over. Don’t sign! We have kicked the pressure back up, our job is now to make the political cost too high for the government to sign this monstrous agreement.

Analysis of more than 6000 pages to look at the real dangers that are hidden behind the legal text, and we will produce hard-hitting fact sheets on the crucial ways that the TPPA will affect our environment, our people, our rights and our sovereignty.

It ain’t over in New Zealand and opposition to the TPPA is mobilising in other countries. We need to keep up the pressure. This is a fight that we can still win!

Aotearoa NZ Peoples’ TPPA Demands

The following demands were read out at each of the rallies and were widely supported by attendees.

The Government has no democratic mandate to sign away our democratic powers in the TPPA. Before it takes any steps towards signing the agreement, the Government shall:

  1. Undertake independent human rights, health, environmental and climate change impact assessments of the potential effects of the TPPA on the people and land of New Zealand, and make this information publicly available.
  2. Support Local Government New Zealand to undertake an independent assessment of the impacts on local government of the TPPA, and consult fully with local government.
  3. Fully engage with its Treaty of Waitangi partners to hear and address their concerns about the TPPA and refer the text and any proposed legislation to the Waitangi Tribunal to conduct a full risk assessment of impacts on tangata whenua; iwi and hapū.
  4. Withdraw its consent to the secrecy pact among the twelve TPPA countries and release all background documentation relating to the negotiations.
  5. Initiate a full public and parliamentary debate on the TPPA, including Select Committee hearings with public consultation, and put the TPPA to a public referendum, before formal signing.

We will continue to mobilise New Zealand citizens in opposition to the TPPA until our demands have been met.

These demands, plus some basic info on TPPA, are available as an A4 pdf here and an A5 pdf here.

Take Action Now!

Make a ‘Real Choice’ – the folks behind “Show us ya text’ have now launched an awesome campaign to call on the government to hold a referendum on the TPPA. If we’re holding two referendums on a flag that hardly anyone wants, what about a real referendum on protecting our sovereignty? Sign up to demand a referendum at Real Choice, and check out the message from them at the bottom of this message.

TPPA Free Zones – declare your home a TPPA Free Zone, or get your workplace to do so, your community centre, marae, youth centre, sports club, or wherever. Download the logo here.

Get active on the media – Use your influence with local and national media, and social media to get the word out, using the ‘Key Issues’ briefing below. We need to tell them that it’s not over and the we must not sign.

Message to Labour: Come down off that fence – A strong opposition to the TPPA needs the largest opposition party to be active and consistent. See Jane Kelsey’s open letter to Andrew Little here explaining how the TPPA abjectly fails ALL of Labour’s five tests and click here for information on how to contact your Labour MP.

Build our support base – Get more of your friends, whanau, neighbours, work colleagues and community to wake up to this very real danger to our democracy. We are planning a roadshow in February/March to educate and mobilise more people to support our struggle. We will be putting a callout to see who can help organise a local meeting.

Key Issues emerging from the analysis of the text
The final text of the TPPA was released on 5 November 2015. Initial analysis of the text shows the NZ government has misled the public through spin, inflated claims and self-serving omissions. The economic benefits have been exaggerated, the economic and social costs understated and future risks ignored.
Read a three page analysis document here.

Support the Legal Case against Government secrecy
Please donate to the case the Dr. Jane Kelsey has brought against the government. The action has already been supported by a Court ruling that will strengthen access to OIAs in future. Help end the secrecy so that we can hold the government to account. Donate here.

A Message From Our Friends at Real Choice

Please share this message with your groups and networks.

Hi, it’s Ben here from Real Choice, asking for the help of you and your organisation.

We believe the government has acted undemocratically in its TPPA negotiation. This is too important to be left up to a small group of MPs to decide, and should be put to a binding referendum vote. So Real Choice is giving Kiwi’s a voice by running a nationwide peoples’ referendum on whether or not we ratify the TPPA, beginning next week.

From Monday 23rd till Monday the 30th of November, we’ll be holding our own referendum online (you can see the live referendum website HERE) asking whether the NZ government should ratify the TPP. We have set up a secure online voting platform and need volunteers to set up ‘polling stations’ around the country to collect votes during polling week.

We’ll need as many people as possible to vote in our referendum. That’s why we’re asking you to post links to the referendum (at vote.tppa.nz) in your own communications during the voting period. Whether it’s being included in your newspaper or being posted on Facebook, we’re looking for your support to enable us to get more voters.

On Monday, will you send a notification to your email list and invite them to participate in the referendum?

This is not actually a vote on the TPPA, nor is it a petition for a Citizens Initiated Referendum. It is us attempting to reach the widest possible group of voters, in a step back from direct action to allow us to build a bigger support group before the next phase, which we’ll announce with the referendum results. With our mandate and support base as wide as possible, we’re hoping to be able to do something awesome next.

Thanks for your support,
Ben and the rest of the Real Choice Crew

Japanese government pays worker who developed cancer from Fukushima radiation

From fukushimawatch.com by by

“It’s no secret that exposure to high levels of radiation increases the risk for cancer. Nevertheless, showing that radiation exposure causes cancer is notoriously difficult. For the first time, the Japanese government has acknowledged that a worker at the Fukushima Daiichi power plant developed cancer from radiation exposure.

Workers at the stricken Daichi Nuclear Power Plant

“The man is in his 40s and is suffering from leukemia. He didn’t work full time at Fukushima the weeks following the disaster in March 2011, when radiation levels were at their highest. However, he did install covers on damaged reactors at the power plant from October 2012 to December 2013, and was exposed to a total of 19.8 millisieverts of radiation during that time … he was exposed to nearly four times the annual dose allowed for nuclear workers in Japan, which is less than half the amount US nuclear workers are exposed to each year.(1)”

The man will receive compensation for medical expenses and paid time off for lost income, said government officials.(2)”

High child cancer rates (20-50 x) inside Fukushima Prefecture

“It’s not just workers at Fukushima who are at risk for radiation related illnesses. According to a recent study, thyroid cancer rates are 20 to 50 times higher among children who live inside the Fukushima Prefecture than those who don’t. This number is 25 percent higher than thyroid cancer rates reported last year.(3)”
